Dan Lorentz

Founder and Team Leader of the Greater Charleston Properties Team, Dan has lived in the Charleston, SC area for the past 21 years. Haynes Johnson

Haynes has been a Charleston Real Estate Industry Specialist since 2006. He attended the College of Charleston and majored in Marketing & Finance. Having lived and worked in the Lowcountry for over 25 years, he is exceptional at put-ting people with properties that fit their personalities. He specializes in both Residential and Commercial Real Estate. Haynes, his wife Gail, daughter Sophie and their Boxer named Maya live across the Ravenel Bridge in Mt. Pleasant!

Arek Manakyan

Christos Palles

Christos is a Charleston native who has been passionate about helping others buy and sell Real Estate since 2014. After graduating from Coastal Carolina, Christos moved back to Charleston where he not only brings a personal knowledge of the local Real Estate, but he makes it a point to get to know his clients on a personal level to help identify their specific wants and needs. Originally from Boston, MA, Joy and her husband moved to Charleston, SC in 2015. They absolutely love the history, culture, and the climate of this beautiful city and are so delighted to call Charleston home. Buster Cox

Buster grew up in Mt. Airy, North Carolina and attended Duke University on a football scholarship. After graduation with an AB in History, Buster spent the next 12 years working in the corporate sector. In 1987, he opened Cox Freight Services, Inc. and enjoyed serving as President until he sold the company in 1995. He later purchased Bridgeway Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of identification solutions in the Southeast and in 2007, Buster sold the company and entered the world of residential real estate. Buster always had an interest in real estate and one of his favorite pastimes is driving around and looking at homes. After 39 years in Charlotte, Buster and his wife, Deirdre, moved to Charleston, South Carolina, to be closer to family. Buster has been spending time in Charleston for over 27 years and enjoys helping his clients achieve their real estate goals and dreams. Buster and Deirdre have three adult children and six grandchildren. He enjoys spending time with his family, fitness, golfing, vacationing on Pawleys Island and watching most sports!children.
